PB&J Overnight Oats

Cook Time: 0 min (refrigerate overnight)
Ingredients
¼ cup Rolled Oats
¼ cup Plant based milk of choice (I use oat milk)
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
½ tablespoon Jam
2 teaspoon Chia Seeds
Optional Toppings
Granola
Fresh fruit (I recommend blueberries or raspberries)
Equipment
Jar
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in the jar and mix. Leave in the fridge overnight or for up to 3 days. It’s that easy!
