Ingredients
¼ cup frozen blueberries
½ a frozen banana
1 cup of coconut water
2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
1 tablespoons of ground flax
1 serving of vanilla protein powder

Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Then enjoy!
