PB & Chocolate Crispy Bars

This is the perfect snack to have in the fridge for whenever you need a sweet treat to satisfy your craving. Packed full of protein and reminiscent of a chocolate bar.

Ingredients
Base
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
2 cups soy or quinoa puffs
Choc Topping
150g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Salt flakes to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Line a 20 x 25cm pan with baking paper. Add all the base ingredients excepet soy puffs to a saucepan over medium heat. Mix for about a minute or until smooth. Take off the heat and pour in the puffs. Stir until well combined. Pour into the lined pan and press to flatten.
Use a double boiler on low heat to melt the choc topping together. Pour over the base and top with flaky salt. Place in the fridge to set overnight.
