5 Ingredient Crispy Potato Wedges

Serves: 4 (as a side or snack)

Prep Time: approx. 10 minutes

Cook Time: 40 min


Ingredients

2 teaspoons Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 tablespoon Shawarma Spice

3 Baking Potatoes

1 tablespoon Neutral Oil


Sauce (optional)

2 tablespoons Vegan Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Sriracha





Instructions


Preparing the potatoes

Preheat the oven to 200°c. Wash the potatoes and cut into chunky potato wedges.


Flavour the wedges

In a large bowl place the potato wedges, spices and oil. Mix until evenly coated.


Cook the wedges

Spread the potato wedges on a lined baking tray, making sure that none of the wedges are touching each other. Bake for 40 minutes flipping the wedges half way through. Serve with any dipping sauce, my personal favourite - and a crowd pleaser - is sriracha-mayo.
